The autumn colors of Antwerp in photos

Groenplaats in Antwerp during the autumn

Autumn, the season between the warm days of summer and the cold days of winter. It’s a transition period, when the weather starts to get chilly, the leafs of the trees start getting colorful, and we start wearing sweaters again. How wonderful is that? Every season has its beautiful details, but the fall is the charmest and the most photogenic one for me. In Antwerp couldn’t be different, the city is cuter than ever because of the autumn colors.

I have to confess that I was not expecting a lot from the season in Antwerp, I mean, regarding colors. I was planning to visit some cities around and a few parks when I found myself looking at the trees of Groenplaats; they were colorful and beautiful. That was enough to remember me that Antwerp has some cool spots to watch the magic of the autumn happening. Got my camera and hit the city! You can see the result below.

I love how the seasons are well divided in Europe, you can see the main differences between them so clearly. The Autumn is the most photogenic one in my opinion, and it’s easier to take a good picture. Which one is your favorite and why? Let me know 🙂
